Dyer Difference Community Outreach

DYER DIFFERENCE COMMUNITY OUTREACH

Back in 2008, the Dyer Family packed up their bags to move from Ohio to Florida to build the Dyer Chevrolet Fort Pierce dynasty. A family that prides themselves on service, the Dyer family soon became rapidly involved with the surrounding community. Thus, the Dyer Difference award was created to shed light on the nonprofit organizations working to help communities around in the Port St. Lucie, Vero Beach, and Stuart areas.

What is the Dyer Difference Award?

Each month, non-profit organizations from Indian River, St. Lucie, and Polk Counties are invited to apply twice each year for the Dyer Difference Award. From helping out low-income children on their journeys to higher education, to finding our furry friends new homes, these non-profit organizations are recognized for their contributions to bettering the lives of others in the community.

Once applications are in for each month, staff members of the Dyer Chevrolet Fort Pierce family gather to select one organization from each county. The non-profit organizations that are selected receive an exclusive plaque to reflect their arduous work and dedication and a $3,000 check from Dyer Chevrolet Fort Pierce to continue making positive impacts locally.

If you happen to be a local non-profit organization, apply today. For further inspiration, see our recent Dyer Difference recipients from each county below.
