- Are lifted trucks more costly to maintain?
When built by the factory or with OEM recommended equipment, no. Your regularly scheduled maintenance still applies at the directed intervals. On some custom lifts, different tires may be installed. Tires that are purpose-built for specific applications, for instance, off-road tires, may require more frequent rotations or replacements as the rubber is typically softer and wears out faster. - Are lifted trucks safe?
All of our new lifted trucks for sale come with the same available safety equipment that non-lifted models might have. Standard features these days include ABS brakes, multiple airbags, traction control and more. As with any larger vehicle, handling characteristics will be different than a passenger car so it’s best to come down and take one for a test drive with one of our lifted vehicle specialists to make sure it’s the right one for you. - Are lifted trucks fun to own?
