Andrew was very good. He was knowledgeable about the truck. He has been great dealing with my old lease and getting the account closed out for me. WE Financial had my old lease agreement and they were a nightmare to deal with. Andrew took care of the headache and is still in contact with me until the banks gets the vehicle from Dyer. They didn't hide any fees and the price didn't change when we went into the finance office.

I came in after 6 hours at the Nissan dealership down the road. Having been a loyal Nissan owner for almost 20 years, their lack of transparency and service was shocking. We walked out and decided to put a pin in our purchase so we could shop around. My son, a Chevy household, called your dealership, shared my frurstrations and what I was looking for with Christian. We pulled up, Christian had the car we bought out front, and 2 hours later we were out the door. Both Christian and Reese were great to deal work and really exceeded our expectations.

The truck is driving worse than when I brought it in. The service department had my vehicle for 3weeks. The vehicle cannot accelerate properly it jerks hard just trying to get up to 30 miles an hour now. The vehicle is still shaking when I take it on the highway so whichever suspension test they did was inconclusive and or done improperly. The tire pressure sensor light is on and the service stability track sensor along with the traction control warning light. The brake lights remain on and are not activating each time I press them indicating the brake switch was not replaced only that the code was erased.

had problem with temperature gage stopped working and so did ac. told me bad thermostat and would be $500+ to replace. when i picked up still did not work. then said sensor was bad. so i paid $500+ for a repair that was not needed. also charged A credit card fee which i find discriminator.Dwyer has gone down hill since i purchased my first car there in 2005 and more since than. i will be loking elsewhere for my purchases an service. will not recommend to others

Made appt online - described problem that needed to be addressed to Henry in the service department - only in customer lounge for about 20 min - Henry advised of part that needed replacing - expedited process of locating that part from other dealership rather than having to order and wait extra day - Blazer ready to go the next day - Also while waiting in the lounge area Dyer has a ‘client liaison’ Keith who interacts with service bays and clients to keep us updated on status of service/repairs while we are waiting. Great concept!

Had a scheduled appointment on 1/22/25. After waiting almost three hours I was informed they wouldn’t be looking at my truck had to take an uber home. Had to call over and over for information. Was lied to multiple times about the progress. So when the email to take this survey says my service on 2/26/2025 when my service date was 34 days before that makes me mad. Your dealership never gave me a rental service while my truck was with the service team for 34 days. I had to pay my commercial auto insurance and my truck payment a total of $1850 a month. Your dealerships customer service is horrible. I will never recommend your dealership or return to your dealership for future service or purchases.

Tried to charge me for a filter that I declined when the vehicle was dropped off. When I mentioned that I didn’t authorize any filter replacement it was removed off of my bill. I pulled the cabin air filter out and it was not replaced. Definitely tried to scam me. Will never return and may chargeback the entire repair.

This was my first service visit since I bought the Trailblazer from Dyer last October. I wasn't exactly thrilled as I didn't get updates, I had to call to check up if car would be ready by Friday afternoon, since I had to pay for a rental car. Didn't expect it to take that long to change oil, rotate tires and check the passenger side mirror that vibrates at high speed. Also, the car wasn't washed when I picked it up. I'm used to the other Chevrolet dealer that washes my cars every visit.

My husband and I came into Dyer Chevrolet expecting your typical dealership with pushy salespeople and liars. We met with Clev, who was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain the features of the cars we were looking at it. He was so knowledgeable about the products available and actually wanted to help us. After we picked the car we wanted, we sat with Reese from financing, who was able to help secure a loan. During the entire process, Clev and Reese were there to answer any questions my husband and I had. Both of these men were very impressionable. I applaud the great service but more than that, the sales process. Having sales experience of my own, I HATE pushy salespeople. We did not feel this way once at this dealership.

Terrible, the break light was coming on, and first they wouldn’t honor our warranty for some stupid electronic break part that costs a couple grand like we are rich or something. Then they put the stupid part in and the light kept coming on. So my wife brought the car back in and they said well your battery is low which is another lie because I took it to AutoZone and they the battery was fine. Such a racket you guys are. Stopping ripping poor working class people off please. You suck!

They had my truck for 10 minutes and brought it back to me . I'm not even sure the changed the filter but they at least put oil in it. They did not rotate my tires . I had to buy a tire for the back do to something in the sidewall and that tire is still on the back. So absolutely not satisfied your tech did not do his job.

When I called to make an appointment I never reached a service advisor, I could only get to an appointment scheduler. The scheduler went over the pricing with me for tire balance and front end alignment. When I arrived a service advisor came out and took my keys. I later met with the mechanic which was excellent who informed me the alignment & balance went very well and not much adjustment. When I went to pay for my bill she stated it was almost $500. I replied I was quoted $69 and $169 over the phone and I talked to the mechanic, there was no additional work done. The service advisor stated well I can honor that price but she did not. I paid almost $400 instead of the $250 I was expecting. Won't go back seems like the service advisor was making up pricing on the fly. Shameful. She got my name wrong by adding George to my name. Who's George!

I waited for over a month on a vehicle that was in “Transit”. I kept getting told next and then that week came then it was the week after and so on. I knew what vehicle I wanted so didn’t have to come in and see and search, but I was assigned so a sales rep that never responded to my emails had to reach out to a manager for him to even respond to my emails that simple was asking for updates on the vehicle I already came in and put a deposit down on. I never got an update from the dealership I always had to reach out to them. I was told the vehicle was going to get rerouted to there dealer since the vehicle was going somewhere else at first. But they marked it as sold and it would come there. But it still went to the other dealer after I asked multiple times. Then I got the vehicle with 112 miles when it was supposed to come to me straight off the truck. If it wasn’t for an internet sales manager I probably would have just came in and got my deposit back. She was the only one kind of keeping me in the loop.

I set up an appointment at the Dyer Service Department on US 1 in Fort Pierce for the first service on my 2024 Trax which was easy. I arrived a half hour early for my appointment where I was greeted immediately by members of the service team. The service writer that assisted me with the short check-in process was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all of my first-timer questions. He also went as far as contacting the manager to ensure the battery issue I was having with my key fob was fixed as a courtesy even though it was outside the manufacturer guarantee time frame. The vehicle inspection, oil change, tire rotation and key fob battery swap were all completed and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. Five stars for the Dyer Service Department.

About 3 weeks ago we brought our car into Dyer for a new key fob and some warranty work as our camera was faulty and our tire sensor light was on. Kevin got an okay from the warranty company on the tire sensor and the camera and he told us at the time you can't just replace one tire sensor because once you do they will all go out. He got an okay from the warranty company for the tire sensors and the camera but the parts had to be ordered. Since it is our only car we rented a car, made an appointment to have the tire sensors and the camera replaced. We got a call late in the day saying that they don't have enough tire sensors and the car would not be ready until the next morning. We had to extend our rental car for another day even though Dyer knew they would need four tire sensors. I'm very happy this was covered by our warranty company but I'm very upset that we had to rent a car for an additional day.

This is the third time I am leaving the dealer with my truck and having an issue. The first time I picked up my truck after a service, my check engine light came on which wasn't on when I brought it in. The second time I picked it up after a service my check engine light came on again which was not on when I brought it in. This third time, my rear back up camera is fuzzy and has lines going across which wasn't like that before I brought the truck in for a new transmission. I would really love to leave the dealer and not have to bring it back for something that wasn't wrong before bringing it to them. And don't expect any updates, they like to keep you guessing about the status of your vehicle. I only go to Dyer because I called Wallace 4 times and never got a call back. Driving all the way back to Fort Pierce after each time I pick it up from them because of their screw up is extremely frustrating!

Very few people in auto dealerships which I have visited do not know much about the ability of their product to be "Flat Towed". Then I meet Ken, not only was he aware of flat towing he printed out the step-by-step instruction from Chevrolet. We review the options for my needs, and the Blazer RS was the solution. I have been waiting for this email to submit my review. This was my second bad service at Dyer in a row. In April I brought the truck in for an oil change and to check a vibration when braking. I suspected it might be front rotors. Front brake job had just been done 2 months prior at dealership in Glen Falls NY while we were up. Immediately was told we are not responsible for work not done a Dyer. I said it was Whiteman Chevy dealership and had all paperwork. Again told we are not responsible. I said what should I do drive 1400 miles for a recheck? After aggressively pushing I finally got, we will look at it. Oil change was done and got a call nothing wrong with brakes. I said my wife can feel it and if she can its there. Someone looked again and came back with you need rear brakes. I said the rotors are fine and I have 30% pad left, that does not seem right. No explanation, just you need rear brakes. I took the truck with the rear as is, and still had the vibration when braking. Nothing changed for 3 months then 30% went to 0% overnight. Not happy with Dyer I took it to St Lucie Battery and Tire. They agreed prob rotors in front and said would check it when doing rear brakes. Got a call from them saying very unusual situation, the emergency brake system is partially engaging and wearing the inner pads. It was not corrected by replacing pads and rotors and brake system would need reprograming which could only be done at dealer. With no choice I immediately brought the truck to Dyer and was given the same we are not responsible answer. I said it is an electronic issue not mechanical and I have an extended warranty. Was told warranty does not cover diagnostics and they are no good anyway. The truck was there from Thurs pm till Wed pm and was first looked at on Wednesday am, and reprogramed in a matter of a few hours. I am convinced the work was stalled because they were unhappy with me. When leaving with the truck I again asked about my warranty and was given the same garbage answer with an additional "its not my job to call them". I called and was told a preauthorization should have been requested by Dyer and diagnostics most assuredly could be covered. I am now having to submit a no-authorization claim, which may or may not be acceptable. Was it an unusual situation, yes. Was I given even close to an acceptable explanation, or proper warranty info, no! Am I an happy customer who has a truck with 80k miles and probably be buying a new one in the fall, yes. I doubt it will be at your dealership however.

Initial Communication: I informed Service Advisor Kelly in person early on June 5th that my vehicle would be towed in and explained the reason for service. • Lack of Communication: Despite making more than five phone calls and leaving several messages for Kelly, I received no response. The Service Manager was also unavailable during this time. • Delayed Service: When I finally received a callback, I was told my vehicle would not be looked at for over a week due to only one mechanic being available. • Vehicle Return: I picked up my vehicle on Tuesday, June 17th, paid for the service, and retrieved my car after hours.

I did not appreciate having to walk the parking lot to find my vehicle. Only to find it blocked by another truck. I was near the body shop so I asked them to help get my truck. I was offered no help and told it's service's problem. So I had to walk back to service and back to my vehicle. Won't happen again. Disappointed with Dyer service people. Gonna look elsewhere. Oh did I mention my bill that day was over 1400.00 $ . No thank you from your service people. Back to ram trucks for me .

service was good but why did the car not get washed with almost 1000. in repairs? also where they parked the car i had to back the car up the whole length of the lot to get out. there was no where to turn around if i was not a skilled driver i probably would have hit one of the cars.

Anna Rivas was very professional in handling the process as service advisor. The individual performing the diagnostic and service does not know what they are doing. Problem still exists and it has only been five days since the repair was supposedly completed. Left a message on Anna 's phone to call me. Two and half days for a diagnostic and the same problem still exists. I like to speak with the shop foreman and Dyer Chevrolet Mgr. Result is unacceptable!

Appears as though there is a communication process at your dealership. It took three weeks to resolve a cooling problem when I first took my vehicle into the dealership for repair. Had to request an appointment with service manager and shop foreman after the first attempt to repair failed. Even after meeting with these two gentlemen and telling them specifically that I thought the water pump needed to be replaced and system flushed, the vehicle sat idle for three days until I called again to follow up. Suggest this dealer does not overbook appointments if there are not staff available that has knowledge and availability to make repairs. Very disappointed in this experience especially after owning GM makes (mostly Chevrolets) for over 50 years. Worse experience in my lifetime!

Terrible, I got a message today that the front passenger side tire is low. You put nitrogen in it on this past visit. Did you break the valve or did you forget to do it? Exiting your service department with my vehicle is a problem. In June I had new tires on my truck. I had to walk the parking lot to find my vehicle only to find it blocked by another vehicle. Kelly went above and beyond my expectations by assisting me get the car into the dealership after I had broken down on the highway. Kelly worked and supported me even after normal business hours by helping to coordinate getting home from the dealership at 9:30 pm by keeping in touch with his personal cell phone. I tip my hat to Kelly!

Kevin Engle in the service department at the Fort Pierce Dyer Chevrolet dealership went above and beyond to help me when my transmission needed to be replaced. He dealt with the extended warranty people in a timely, efficient manner and went above and beyond to secure a loaner vehicle for me while May Benita’s in the shop. Kevin stayed in regular contact with me to let me know what the status of my repair was. He was ALWAYS available when I called. I live alone, don’t have many friends here that could provide me with transportation assistance and it was critical that I have access to transportation so I could get to my physical therapy appointments. Kevin was professional, knew what he was doing and explained how the nessessary repairs needed to be done and why. He was extremely patient with all my questions. Kevin Engle is an excellent representative of the meaning customer service and I am very grateful.

Kevin was great and tracked down my the part for my car. He went above and beyond and was the only reason I would even think about bringing my car back. I have to say the appointment system needs to be renamed, They are not appointments at all. Call them something else. I don't understand how I could have an "appointment" at 7:45am on Wednesday and my car was not even going to be looked at until 7:45am on Friday. This is insane, I was trying to plan out my rental and my life and I believed I would have an answer on Wednesday. The only reason you have three stars is because of Kevin and him going above and beyond.

No problems with the vehicle. Our insurance company had a problem determining who financed the lease. We thought it was GM FINANCIAL. But it turned out being Dyer Chev. Lifelok kept notifying me of multiple accounts being set up along with multiple credit searches being performed.It was difficult justifying a 2026 model when 2025 models were much cheaper with better terms. Many dealers were not Indicating the model year they were selling. The staff was very helpful and were anxious to please.

The oil change was done excellent. However, you failed in fixing the usb port between the the two seats in the box. There is no power going to the usb port. The software update that was run never fixed the problem. They should have checked the usb port after the update but failed to do, else they would have seen it doesent work. It's mostly like a fuse if no power.

What started off as a simple oil change turned into something much more important, and Miss Anna handled every step with professionalism, initiative, and genuine care. She immediately took ownership of my concerns about my transmission — something I had been dealing with for a while — and she went above and beyond to support me. She personally contacted my extended warranty provider, gathered and sent every piece of information they needed, and walked me through each step of the process so I knew exactly what to expect. Because of her persistence and commitment, my transmission is now being replaced — something two other Chevy dealerships failed to help me accomplish. Miss Anna is the only one who took the initiative to push for the right outcome, and I am extremely grateful. She also understood how important transportation is for the type of work I do, and she made sure I was taken care of. She coordinated everything so I could receive a loaner vehicle, and she stayed with the process until all details were fully aligned. That support meant everything to me. I also want to give a big thank-you to the young lady who processed my loaner vehicle. Even though I didn’t catch her name, I appreciate her professionalism and the way she partnered with Miss Anna to make the entire transition smooth and stress-free. Because of Miss Anna’s dedication, exceptional service, and willingness to go above and beyond, I will always return to this dealership. Actually, in spite oh my hatred for car dealerships it was a great experience. They didn't hit me with a bunch of BS fees and they were very helpful. It was a terrible experience. The wrong tires were ordered, and I took an entire day off work, only to have to return again to have the correct tire installed.
